SHIPMENTS
Shipping to Italy
Shipping to Italy costs 8.90 euros, except in promotional periods, where it will be expressly free, this rate may vary based on the number of items placed in the cart. Colors Outlet ships in Italy and all over the world only through the GLS express courier service. All goods shipped by Colors Outlet are carefully packed. Together with the shipped goods, Colors Outlet will include the order in the package (or where requested by e-mail), indicating in detail the prices of the items purchased.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders duly completed and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave from Colors Outlet, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Monday.

The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by GLS which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be of the type DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipping is approximately expected within 1 day from the order, with delivery in the following 2/3 working days. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within three/five working days from shipment. Non-EU European countries (DDU): delivery is indicatively expected within 5-7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is indicatively expected up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local DHL Office and to Colors Outlet, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Colors Outlet will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to Colors Outlet at the Customer's expense. In this case Colors Outlet will be responsible for deducting this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
RETURNS
Colors Outlet intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 15 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To send one or more returns to Colors Outlet, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the Colors Outlet website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment with a security seal. If necessary, the garment must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) - All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned must be delivered to a national express courier.
F) - Customers wishing to change size, color or item must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the Colors Outlet website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear will not be accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Colors Outlet reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

The shipment is at the risk and peril of the Customer: Colors Outlet is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The due refund will be made by crediting your credit card (if the order was paid for by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid for by Paypal) or bank transfer.
