Returns
Colors Outlet intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 15 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to Colors Outlet, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the Colors Outlet website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment with a security seal. If necessary, the garment must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) - All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned must be delivered to a national express courier.
F) - No changes in size, color or item are made, the customer must submit the return procedure which will be refunded, and place a new order on the Colors Outlet website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear will not be accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Colors Outlet reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

A) - To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to resi@colorsoutlet.it within 15 days of receiving the goods, INDICATING THE ORDER NUMBER. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, the Colors Outlet customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - The shipping price will be charged to the Customer.
Send the package to COLORS OUTLET returns office - Via Aldo Moro 115-80049 - Somma vesuviana (NA). The shipment is at the risk of the Customer: Colors Outlet is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same. Inside the package, the Customer will find a label to be placed as a seal to close the outermost packaging, as a guarantee for the Customer and for Colors Outlet against any tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by the Colors Outlet staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Colors Outlet reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund due will be made by crediting your credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer in case of cash on delivery or bank transfer.
