Returns
Colors Outlet intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 15 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
Return Conditions
To send one or more returns to Colors Outlet, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
- All items for sale on the Colors Outlet website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a security seal. The item must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
- Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.
- All other labels on the garment, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
- The goods to be returned must be delivered to a national express courier.
- No changes are made to size, color or item, the customer must submit the return procedure which will be refunded, and place a new order on the Colors Outlet website.
- Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Colors Outlet reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
The Return Procedure
- To request a return, the Customer must log in to the site, using the icon at the top right, access their orders and select the items to return and Request return, within 15 days of receiving the goods. Once the return request has been received, the Colors Outlet customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
- The shipping cost will be charged to the Customer.
- Return shipments are not accepted in Fermopoint
Send the package to COLORS OUTLET returns office in Via Aldo Moro 115 - 80049, Somma vesuviana (NA).
Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Colors Outlet is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same, as a guarantee for the Customer and Colors Outlet against any tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by Colors Outlet staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.
Colors Outlet reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
Reimbursement
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) credit Paypal (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer in case of payment on delivery or bank transfer.
If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Colors Outlet will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Colors Outlet at the expense of the Customer. In this case, Colors Outlet will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
