General Conditions of Sale
The products purchased on Colors Outlet are sold directly by Colors Outlet, an Italian company, with registered office in Naples Centro Direzionale is.e3 p9 VAT number 08586081211
The offer and sale of products on the Colors Outlet website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on Colors Outlet and accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
How to purchase
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: the color, the size, the unit price.
The images and colours of the products offered for sale on Colors Outlet may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Colors Outlet is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.
Product Availability:
The products offered for sale and their relative prices are those indicated on Colors Outlet.
The products for sale are those described in the description, boxes, containers, cases, bags or other items are not included, unless expressly indicated in the description.
Packaging: Orders are packaged inside a waterproof Colors logo envelope and then placed in the courier's packaging, to protect them from any bumpy ride.
Inside your order, you will also find the summary form and the return instructions attached.
If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Colors Outlet will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to
If the products are not available at the time of ordering, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Colors Outlet may change the products offered for sale on Colors Outlet and their prices at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
Shipping costs are indicated before payment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As established by Legislative Decree 206/2005. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal can do so by logging in to www.colorsoutlet.it, selecting the products and waiting for the email with the return authorization, where he will find simple instructions, he will then have to send the goods back to the following address: Via Aldo Moro 115, 80049 Somma Vesuviana (Naples) RETURNS OFFICE. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days in accordance with current legislation. We are required to refund all payments received from the consumer, including any shipping costs of the goods incurred during the purchase phase. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event that the items present errors in size, description and/or non-conformity, the customer has 7 days to highlight it.
ORDER
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registering and/or creating a personal account (“register for free”) for the Customer. Please remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are filled by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Colors Outlet can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Colors Outlet is prohibited.
Colors Outlet reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.
Colors Outlet will communicate to the customer via email any impossibility to accept the orders received. Colors Outlet reserves the right to refund-cancel purchases totally or partially, in any case.
Order Confirmation
At the time of conclusion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with the details of the price of the product and shipping costs.
Payment Methods
Colors Outlet. accepts the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Credit cards (including prepaid, postepay)
Colors Outlet accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
-PAYPAL-Bank Transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Colors Outlet – via email – no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
We will send the ordered items, upon crediting of the amount due, which must occur within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
The exact bank details for making the transfer will be provided via email upon completion of the online order.
Send the receipt of the bank transfer via email to Colors Outlet specifying in the subject: “Bank transfer receipt - order”.
Any other payment methods may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Colors Outlet. For further information and/or clarifications you can send an email to Colors Outlet. The products ordered remain the property of Colors Outlet until the relative price has been fully collected.
Coupon codes are valid for 60 days, after which they will be automatically deleted.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods
Shipping information is provided at the time of purchase, is the customer's responsibility and is charged to your credit or debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
- All purchases are delivered by DHL - UPS OR SIMILAR courier. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping costs 8.90 euros for ITALY, except for promotions, when applicable, indicated on the site that provide free delivery.
Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (we do not ship to PO boxes).
