The offer and sale of products on the Colors Outlet website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale can be periodically updated; those published on Colors Outlet and accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with the purchase.
Method of purchase
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and the essential characteristics, for example: the colour, the size, the unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Colors Outlet may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Colors Outlet is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on Colors Outlet
If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed.
If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email is sent.
Colors Outlet may change the products offered for sale on Colors Outlet and the relative price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The cost of shipping is indicated before payment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal can do so by writing an email to resi@colorsoutlet.it and returning the goods to the following address: Via Aldo Moro 115, 80049 Somma Vesuviana (Naples). The refund will be made within 14 calendar days according to current legislation. We are required to reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including any shipping costs for the goods incurred during the purchase. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
ORDER
Order
The execution of the purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registering and/or creating a personal account ("register for free") of the Customer. Remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of the products offered for sale on Colors Outlet can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Colors Outlet is prohibited.
Colors Outlet. reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of the orders received.
Colors Outlet will notify the customer via e-mail of any impossibility to accept the orders received.
Order Confirmation
Upon conclusion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Terms of payment
Colors Outlet. accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Credit cards (including prepaid, postepay)
Colors Outlet accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
-PAYPAL-Bank transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Colors Outlet - via e-mail - no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
We will send the ordered items, upon crediting the amount due, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
The exact bank details to be able to make the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order.
Send the bank transfer receipt via e-mail to Colors Outlet specifying in the subject: "Bank transfer-order receipt".
Any other payment formulas can be accepted exclusively at Colors Outlet's discretion. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Colors Outlet. The products ordered remain the property of Colors Outlet until the relative price has been fully collected.
Coupon codes are valid for 60 days, after which they will be automatically deleted.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods
Information on shipping methods are indicated at the time of purchase, are charged to the customer and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping cost
All purchases are delivered by DHL courier. No shipments are made to post office boxes.
